Bud Haney and Jim Sirbasku founded Profiles International in March 1991. Bud and Jim have worked together since 1970 and have been business associates in several successful ventures.
Profiles International started business with a few assessments licensed from another company, but work began immediately on research and development that has led to the comprehensive suite of occupational assessment products the company offers today. Although they originally talked about being a two-person sales force and a small operation, Bud Haney and Jim Sirbasku soon discovered a much larger than expected market for assessments and began getting other professionals involved.
In the years since then, hundreds of people have joined the Profiles International business. Profiles International assessments are used throughout the United States and in over 80 other nations around the globe.
Corporate office facilities have expanded from a few hundred feet of rented office space to four modern buildings in Profiles Office Park plus a fifth building nearby, all owned by Profiles International. In the spring of 2005, another Profiles Office Park facility opened, representing a million dollar expansion.
