Starting 2005, the company is the partner of Profiles International in Russia. Mrs. Nataliya Kirsheva, the founder and general director of Global Consulting Services is a clinical psychologist, human resources consultant and business trainer with over twenty years of experience. Her activity covers teaching in colleges, MBA and other programs, retraining high school personnel.
She created and led more than 600 business trainings in Russia, in European and CIS countries, and wrote several books and more than 100 articles in the Human Resources and Applied Psychology fields. Mr. Dale J. Lehar, Nataliya’s partner, is a highly accomplished and results-focused International HR executive with the proven ability to source, acquire, and place top talent at all skill levels to effectively achieve corporate growth objectives. Dale has achieved great success spearheading performance management systems aligned with the long-term vision of global corporations. He has worked and consulted in the Russian Federation for since the mid-1990s for both global and Russian companies.
