Since February 2006, Derek has been National Director of Profiles International Ghana, the accredited franchise holder and representative in Ghana of Profiles International, Inc. Profiles is a company based in Waco, Texas, specialising in the design, development and administration of psychometric assessments used to assist organisations with information on candidates and staff and to enable them to make important decisions at all levels of the employee life cycle. Derek has been engaged in people management consulting since 1991 on a part time basis. This has been a full time vocation since June 2004. Since September 2005, he has been an Adjunct Faculty Member of the GIMPA Business School, serving as the Facilitator of choice on the Human Resources Management courses run by Business Support and Executive Programmes Department of the School.
