SMEI Academy of Achievement Sales & Marketing Hall of Fame Pinnacle Award Jim Sirbasku, CME and Bud Haney, CME Recipients       Sales and Marketing Executives International, Inc. (SMEI) recently announced the recipients of the associations prestigious SMEI Sales & Marketing Hall of Fame Pinnacle Awards. The annual awards, which highlight significant accomplishments of business leaders worldwide, was presented at the organization's annual gala event at the Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Pinnacle Award honors five top executives or founders for outstanding contributions to the free enterprise system and who have made significant contributions to the world's economy. Among the honorees for 2002 were Profiles International co-founders Jim Sirbasku, CME and Bud Haney, CME, founders of Profiles International.         Bud Haney Recognized by Sam Houston State University as 2005 Distinguished Alumni       Bud Haney, President of Profiles International, Inc. of Waco is the 2005 recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award. This prestigious honor is only conferred to alumni who have distinguished themselves through lifetime achievement, outstanding credentials and ongoing contribution to their alma mater. Haney, a 1963 SHSU graduate, continues to be involved in activities at the University as well as the SHSU Sports Hall of Fame. Haney, shown here with University President, Jim Gaertner, was recognized at the homecoming festivities at the University on October 7, 2005 in Huntsville, Texas, by university leaders, board members, alumni, and student body. "Haney is a dynamic role model for all students who have elected to further their education and achieve business success. He sets high standards for all business professionals with a personal mission to Do It Right the First Time." Recommended by his peers for this honor, Haney was acknowledged as a successful and talented executive whose accomplishments, contributions and talents have enriched his community and benefited his family and clients.

Torch Award

Congratulations to Profiles International, recipient of the BBB “Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.” The company is a member of the Better Business Bureau, although the competition was open to all companies within the Bureau’s nine county service area. Nominated companies were evaluated on eight parameters associated with ethical behavior and selling practices. These local parameters are the same as those established for the national award. Oklahoma Award

The Oklahoma Business Roundtable recognized Jim Sirbasku, CEO and Bud Haney, President and CFO of Profiles International, for their success in creating a dynamic assessment business as well as supporting community growth and revitalization. As recipients of the Will Rogers Honorarium, Jim and Bud validate Oklahoma as a business community committed to economic development. The Oklahoma Business Roundtable spreads the news about the business resources, people available to growing companies, and access to extraordinary leaders in the business world today.
